CLAUSES:1.

The Owner accepts that there may be inconveniences from time to time, and the Contractor agrees to keep such inconveniences to a reasonable minimum.

2. If the customer ever has any questions or needs to review any contract details as in discrepancies, Add-ons, or anything that affects the contract for the project, it must be communicated to Meadowland's Group Inc and not our workforce.

3. THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DELAYS OR NON-DELIVERY CAUSED BY THE FAILURE OF TRANSPORTATION FACILITIES, STRIKES, FIRE, FLOOD, ACCIDENTS, STOLEN MATERIALS OR ANY OTHER CAUSE BEYOND REASONABLE CONTROL OF THE COMPANY.

4. Quote is valid for 30 days from date of quote and only for the year of 2024. If the above proposal is accepted, please kindly sign and fax or email a copy of the proposal, which thereafter becomes a legal contract between the above client, by the undersigned authority and MeadowLands Group Inc.

5. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. Any representation, obligation, promise or warranty of any kind whatsoever not contained in this agreement shall bind either party.

6. Customer must pay 30% of the initial job if they back out of the contract.

7. Service Authorization: I agree that the initial price quoted prior to start of work does not include any additional or unforeseen tasks, nor materials which may be found to be necessary to complete repairs or replacements. I also agree to all agreement conditions as displayed on this page and on the last page of this document and further acknowledge that this invoice is due upon receipt.

8. Customers accept full responsibility for the prompt payment of all costs of this agreement, even though reimbursement from others such as landlords, tenants, insurance companies and Tortfeasors. This proposal and said specifications shall not be altered or modified except by written agreement between the parties hereto any verbal understandings or agreements with representatives shall not be binding unless set forth herein.9. Payment Method: 50% Deposit, 25% Midway Payment, 25% Final Payment. Failure to follow payment plan will result in a Lien on the customers property. 1% interest daily is applicable to the due amount on invoice until the balance is payed on invoice.

10. The Contractor agrees to keep the site orderly and reasonably free of debris. At the completion of the project, the Contractor shall clean the property and leave it fit for use. All equipment, materials, rubbish and similar material incidental to the project shall be removed by the Contractor.
